At this time of year, Yorkshire’s produce can be at its very finest. Winter vegetables accompanied by high welfare Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken and Fish brought together by delicious sauces and intensely flavoured jus; what more could we ask for?
Our mighty Featherblade of R&J’s Beef is served with buttered mashed potato, celeriac purée, roasted shallots, bone marrow butter and red wine jus. Our trio of R*&J’s woodland Pork (confit belly Pork stuffed with French black pudding, braised Pork Cheek croquette), is served with honey glazed carrots, crispy crackling, baked apple purée and rich Pork jus. Our slow cooked Lamb Belly comes with parmesan & smoked paprika polenta, buttered cavolo nero; roasted aubergine purée, pickled red onion and and intense Lamb jus.
If you prefer Fish, we have our pan roasted North Sea Cod with a Crab & Prawn soufflé, purple sprouting broccoli, tomato & roasted red pepper purée and a Mussel velouté. Our Sustainable Sea Bream is served with Lobster bisque & rainbow chard risotto, pickled cucumber ribbons and a citrus drizzle.
