We have been busy updating our Fabulous A La Carte Menu with some truly scrumptious new dishes to reflect the changing of the seasons.
Our mighty new Featherblade of Beef, braised for 6 hours in a rich Red Wine Jus simply melts in the mouth, and supplemented with our Buttery Mash and a Fricassee of Peas, Pearl Onions & Hispi Cabbage, this dish perfectly balances rich Yorkshire flavours with spring freshness.
To start we have our King Scallops, presented with Heart of Palm Pureé, Heart of Palm Bonbons, Crispy Pancetta Stick and Wild Garlic Oil; this really is spring stunner!
Of course we still have our Signature Trio of Pork; slow roasted Pork Belly with a crispy skin, 6 hour braised Pig Cheek, mini French Black Pudding Pasty, Buttery Mash, Honey Glazed Carrots, Burnt Apple Puree and our Rich Red Wine and Pork Jus.
And for our Vegan guests, we have created our Heritage Beetroot Carpaccio marinated in Agave, Sesame Oil & Sherry Vinegar with Sesame Seeds, Roasted Pistachios & Pomegranate Seeds, followed by our Vegetable Bonbons, with a ‘Ratatouille’ of Aubergine, Courgette, Peppers & Tomato, Balsamic Piccolo Peppers, Crispy Spiced Chick Peas and Salsa Verde Oil. Whilst for dessert we have our delicious new Chocolate Mousse, made with Aquafaba. You really don’t have to be Vegan to enjoy these treats!
