As we move into Autumn, we have been busy updating our Autumn Menu with some truly scrumptious new dishes to reflect the changing of the seasons.
Our mighty new Featherblade of Beef, braised for 6 hours in a rich Red Wine Jus simply melts in the mouth, and supplemented with our Buttery Mash, Wild Mushrooms, Caramelised Pearl Onions and Petit Pois, this dish is the epitome of Autumnal deliciousness.
To start we have our King Scallops, presented with a silky smooth Roasted Butternut Squash Puree, perfectly balanced by Disks of Chorizo and a Parma Ham Crumb. And with a final delicate crunch provided by Parsnip Crisps, this really is Autumn on a Plate.
Of course we still have our Signature Trio of Pork; slow roasted Pork Belly with a crispy skin, 6 hour braised Pig Cheek, mini French Black Pudding Pasty, Buttery Mash, Honey Glazed Carrots, Burnt Apple Puree and our Rich Red Wine and Pork Jus.
Not forgetting our vegan guests, we have created ‘Mushrooms And Mash’; Potobello Mushrooms marinated in Cep Stock, Vegan Mash, Vegan Buttered Fine Beans, Concasse Tomatoes and an amazing Rich, Dark, Vegan Jus.
