Winter at The Tannin Level

Winter at The Tannin Level can be quite special. With the cold dark nights, we really appreciate the warmth of stone, brick, wood and leather. And with the lights turned down a little, and candles flickering away on every table The Tannin Level takes on a rather special ambience.

And of course in anticipation of the colder weather, our chefs have been rather busy creating some very special dishes which are simply perfect for this time of year, such as our roast haunch of venison, venison rump cottage pie, braised red cabbage, chargrilled courgette, pumpkin purée, dark chocolate sauce, or our prosciutto wrapped pork fillet, boudin noir bon bon, lyonnaise potatoes, crispy kale, carrot and swede purée, red wine jus.

Of course our menus are littered with such culinary delights, so why not take a moment or two to browse through them while you’re here?
